Better homogeneity of impregnation thanks to Fibroline leads to better mechanical performances, thus to weight and material costs savings.

The Fibroline process can avoid the use of liquid resins in the car industry.

PES Nonwoven :

Weight: from 250 to 1250 g/m².

Powder matrix :

Epoxy, Polyester, Phenolic, Vinylester…
% in Weight: 20 to 50 %

Properties :

- High mechanical properties (depending on the powder content) because of the better distribution of the resin.
- No VOC released during processing thanks to replacement of liquid resin by powder (dry process)
- Possibility to obtain a dry prepreg : nonwoven impregnated, but not cured (binder only thermofixed, material ready to be moulded)

- Automotive industry (headliners, door panels,
structural parts…)
