Applications >Automotive & Transports > Needle punch carpets

The Fibroline process permits to hold fibres together in a dry way with powders (EVA, PE, etc).

The classical way to hold fibres together in a needle punched carpet is to use an emulsion binder (SBR, or EVA), and evaporate the water content after treatment. Fibroline leads to energy savings (no need to evaporate water – dry process), and to recyclability.

Fibroline superiority:

- Possibility to impregnate in a dry way carpets thanks to the use of fine powders.
- Fibroline process can lead to raw material and energy savings, and to innovative products.
