Applications > Building > Insulating panels

Fibroline can impregnate in a dry way PES, wood or cotton fibres, distributing each particle at the crosslink of fibres. This can lead to high mechanical properties with very low powder content.

  Fibroline superiority :

- Considerable reduction of the thermoplastic binder needed to reach the same mechanical properties.

Non woven:

- PES
- Wood
- Cotton fibres

Weight: from 100 to 1500 g/m².

Powder binder :

- The majority of low melting point thermoplastics can be used, especially recycled powders because of their interesting cost.
- PEhd, PEbd, EVA, CoPES, CoPA…

  Properties :

- Acoustic absorption properties
- Thermal absorption properties
- Resilence

  Applications :

- Insulating products (panels…)
- Automotive industry
