Fibroline can impregnate in a dry way glass fibres (chopped or continuous fibres mats) with a powder binder. Fibroline leads to more than 50% binder saving compared to present processes.

Fibroline superiority:

- Considerable reduction of the weight of the binder resin needed to reach the same mechanical properties as commercial products, thus enhancing the product quality (less glue polluting for the customer)
- more than 50% binder saving compared to present processes.

Powder binder :

- Bis-phenolic powders, polyurethane powders, etc…

The choice of the powder depends on the resin matrix used to make the final product (solvents solubility requirements).
The quantity of powder binder varies from 1% to 5% in weight depending on product gms.
