Fibroline superiority:

- Possibility to impregnate in a dry way carpets thanks to the use of fine powders.
- Fibroline process can lead to raw material and energy savings, and to innovative products

Carpets:

Tufted, woven and needlepunched

PA
Wool

Weight: from 50 to 1500g/m².

Fire retardant:

Ammonium polyphosphate, red phosphorus, melamine, borate, ATH, MgOH…

- Intumescent products: Formation of insulating protective layer through carbonization.
- Hydrated products: Decomposition through energy consumption and release of water.
* No halogenated products used, to avoid toxicity of the smokes.

Weight: From 5 to 50%

Properties:

- Decrease of the energy released when burning.
- Ignition time delayed.
- Possible bonding of the fire retardant.
- Stiffness maintained.
- Possible to make washable fireproofed carpets.
