Fibroline can impregnate carpets in a dry way with fire retardants to minimize the risk of fire starting and fire spreading, thus allowing suppliers to the road, rail, air industries to answer a great concern of the transportation industry.

Fire retardant:
Ammonium polyphosphate, red phosphorus, melamine, borate, ATH, MgOH…
- Intumescent products: Formation of insulating protective layer through carbonization.
- Hydrated products: Decomposition through energy consumption and release of water.
* No halogenated products used, to avoid toxicity of the smokes.
Weight: From 5 to 50%

- Decrease of the energy released when burning.
